I. before using the machines and tools, the operator should conduct a comprehensive physical examination of the tractor and supporting machines and tools according to the requirements of the operation manual. That is, maintenance and overhaul, so as to ensure that the machines and tools are put into spring operation in a good technical state, so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency, high quality, low consumption and safety

second, when the tractor is in use, first, it is forbidden to start and jerk up the clutch; Second, it is strictly forbidden to engage neutral gear or step down the clutch to slide downhill; Third, the main clutch pedal and the driving brake control pedal should be pressed at the same time during emergency braking. During traveling, the driver is not allowed to put his foot on the brake pedal or clutch pedal

III. when the tractor turns around in the field, the speed should be slow. Otherwise, it may cause a rollover accident. When the field operation is transferred through ridges or ditches, the power of the rotary cultivator should be cut off, and then the low speed and small throttle should be passed slowly. In case of high ridges or wide and deep ditches and canals, it is necessary to dig low, fill and level or build bridges in advance, and then confirm the safety before passing, so as to prevent the occurrence of agricultural machinery accidents. If the car gets stuck, don't increase the throttle and rush. The mud under the wheels should be dug out, paved with boards or stones, and then driven out

IV. when the tractor is rotating in the field, if the tail wheel pedal is used to assist in steering, the steering angle should not be too large, so as to prevent the driver's foot from colliding with the plow blade of the rotary cultivator and getting injured. If the plow shaft of the rotary cultivator is entangled by green manure or sundries in the field, it should be removed when the engine is turned off to prevent accidents

v. when using diesel engine for operation, in addition to using lubricating oil according to the specified standards, the lubrication system should also be cleaned regularly and the filter components should be replaced to reduce the wear of machine parts. The temperature in early spring is unstable, and the correct use of the cooling system of power machinery cannot be ignored: first, we should continue to do a good job in antifreeze. When the temperature at night is lower than 0 ℃, we should release the cooling water to avoid freezing and cracking the body; Second, when the machine is started at low temperature, it should be preheated; Third, it is necessary to grasp the normal operating temperature of the engine. Only when the water temperature reaches more than 40 ℃, can it run without load; Load operation can be started only when the temperature is above 60 ℃; The normal working temperature should be kept between 80-95 ℃ to reduce unnecessary wear of the engine

VI. before using the micro tiller, first, be sure to read the operation manual carefully, pay attention to the safety warning signs on the machines and tools, and operate in strict accordance with the safe operation methods; Second, operators should wear clothes that conform to the role of labor protection to avoid being entangled by moving parts and causing personal and property safety accidents; Third, when installing the cutting tool, it must be symmetrical left and right, the working blade should be forward, and the bolts and bolts should be installed to fix the cutting tool, so as to ensure the safe production and operation of the micro cultivator; Fourth, the height of the resistance bar, the selection of soft materials, and the higher speed should be adjusted at any time according to the actual working conditions, so as to maintain the stable position of the fuselage, so as to prevent the engine from being excessively inclined, resulting in poor engine lubrication and damage

VII. At present, there are two main ways to start the micro cultivator in the market. After starting, it should run without load for 5-10 minutes. If the engine runs fast when starting, cut off the oil supply immediately and shut down the engine

VIII. During the operation of micro cultivator, the field transfer should determine whether it is necessary to disassemble agricultural tools and replace tires according to the conditions of roads and fields. When replacing farm tools and removing entangled grass, it must be carried out under the condition of machine flameout; After the operation is completed, the soil, weeds, oil stains, etc. should be removed in time, the fastening bolts should be checked, the lubricating oil should be filled, and the tools should be parked in a ventilated and dry farm tool warehouse to prevent the machines and tools from rusting due to exposure to the sun and rain
